Help and Frequently Asked Questions

⬜Easy English

So far, we have introduced:

what Pz is,

what you can do,

how to enjoy it,

and how to use it after purchase.

This time, we will answer some common questions you may have while using Pz.

Pz is not an app with many difficult controls.

Still, when you first start, you may sometimes wonder:

“What should I do?”

or

“Is this normal?”

Here are some basic questions and answers.

Q. What Should I Do First?

First, open Pz and look at your little companion on the screen.

You do not need to learn everything at once.

You can give your companion a name,

try a little interaction,

or simply watch.

That is enough to begin.

Pz does not ask you to complete anything on your first day.

Q. Do I Have to Keep the Names Peri and Poko?

No.

You can keep the names Peri and Poko if you like.

Or you can choose your own names.

Pz values the idea that your companion can slowly become

your own little companion.

Q. Do I Have to Use Pz Every Day?

No.

You do not need to use Pz every day.

Busy days are fine.

On tired days, you can simply look for a moment.

It is also fine if you do not open Pz for a few days.

Pz is meant to fit into your life.

Q. Will My Companion Always Move Exactly the Way I Want?

No.

Your little companion is not something you completely control.

It may react to your interaction,

but it will not always do exactly what you want.

It can feel a little free

and a little independent.

That is part of the Pz experience.

Q. Can I Talk with My Companion?

Pz is not designed as a spoken conversation app.

Your companion does not answer your words with speech or text.

You can still talk to your companion,

call it by name,

and enjoy the feeling of spending time together.

Pz focuses more on:

being there and enjoying small movements

than on conversation.

Q. Peri and Poko Talk in Videos. Does the App Have Voice Conversations?

No.

In videos, comics, or other stories,

Peri and Poko may be shown talking.

This is storytelling and creative expression.

It does not mean the Pz app has a voice conversation feature.

Please keep this difference in mind before purchasing.

Q. Is Pz a Game?

Pz is not designed like a typical game.

It is not mainly about:

clearing stages,

leveling up,

fighting enemies,

or competing in rankings.

Pz is about spending time with your little companion at your own pace.

Q. Do I Have to Take Care of My Companion Every Day?

No.

Pz is not built around daily care that you must complete.

Busy days are fine.

Pz should fit into your life,

not make you change your life for it.

Q. Do I Have to Keep Touching the Screen?

No.

You do not need to keep interacting all the time.

You can look at your companion while working or studying.

You can watch for a moment during a break.

That is also a normal way to enjoy Pz.

Q. Is Pz a Subscription?

No.

Pz is a one-time purchase of ¥2,980.

There is no monthly subscription fee.

You are not automatically charged every month.

Please always check the final price and purchase conditions shown on the store page before buying.

Q. Are There Extra Monthly Fees After Purchase?

Pz itself is a one-time purchase.

There is no monthly recurring fee for the app itself.

If there are any future optional additions or store-specific conditions,

please check the information shown at the time of purchase.

Q. My Companion Does Not Move Where I Expected

That can happen.

Pz companions are not designed to follow every command perfectly.

Sometimes they may move in a way you did not expect.

You may even think:

“Oh, you’re going that way?”

That small freedom is part of Pz.

Q. Is It Okay to Do Nothing?

Yes.

It is completely fine to do nothing.

Pz does not ask you to achieve something every day.

Simply seeing your companion there can be enough.

That is part of what Pz is.

Q. Who Might Enjoy Pz?

People who enjoy quiet moments.

People who like watching animals.

People who do not want competition or rankings.

People who would enjoy having a small companion inside their everyday screen.

Pz may be a good fit for them.
